NEW SHORT TERM RENTAL LODGING JUST FOR  SNOW ENTHUSIASTS

Our newest lodging is located right off the snowmobile trail in Manitowish Waters at 47 Townline Rd. This brand new duplex with North and South sides has excellent access to all the restaurants, stores, service stations, saloons and shops. Availability of North Side Availability of South Side There is no garage as depicted in the above pre development sketch, because the garage area has been converted into a spacious bunk room. This is a duplex, so each side sleeps 10 adults comfortably. That gives you an option of having a party as small as 4 or as large as 20. Whether it is a corporate event, a family reunion, a family get-a-way, or just a group of friends, we don’t think you’ll find better accommodations for your winter stay in the great white Northwoods! We have a $30 nightly rate per person for a minimum of 4 persons per unit (there are 2 units available) and a minimum stay of 3 nights. The maximum number of persons 8 years and older for each unit is 10.  Each unit has 2 private bedrooms on the second floor with 2 queen beds in each bedroom. Also on the second floor is a loft over looking the living room. On the first floor you will find the living room, the kitchen and a dining area.  There is also a half bath on the first floor. In addition, there is a bunk room on the first floor with 3 queen beds. Just below the bunk room is a spacious bath for those in the bunk room which has 2 showers, two toilets and two sinks. Linens are furnished but we do ask you to bring your own towels.  Telephone is also available (local access only & calling card).
